In the kitchen, prepare each dish step by step, starting with “Sa-pee-tong,” a traditional Akha dipping dish. Continue by choosing from Thai favorites such as Pad Thai or Pad See Ew, plus your selected appetizer or soup, curry, and dessert. This private class offers shared cooking stations designed for your group, so everyone can join each step. Free soft drinks and drinking water are provided throughout the class.
