Select Trip S for a short beginner-friendly route with views of the Big White Buddha, Trip M for a 1-hour ride to Pai Viewpoint and Huai Di Mi Reservoir, or Trip L for a 30km safari to Pam Bok Waterfall and Kho Koo Soo Bamboo Bridge. Meeting and pickup
Please make your own way to the SSJ ATV PAI meeting point in Thung Yao, about 10 minutes from Pai Walking Street. Search "SSJ ATV PAI" on Google Maps or take a local motorbike taxi. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a non-refundable no-show.
What to expect
Choose the ride that matches your time and confidence. Trip S is a gentle 30-minute introduction, ideal for first-time riders who want countryside trails and views of the Big White Buddha above Pai’s green hills. Trip M lasts 1 hour, taking you to Pai Viewpoint for sweeping valley scenery before continuing to Huai Di Mi Reservoir. For the most immersive option, Trip L takes around 3 hours and covers approximately 30 kilometers of rugged terrain, with stops at Pam Bok Waterfall and Kho Koo Soo Bamboo Bridge.
Choose a Single Rider option for full control of your ATV, or share the adventure with a passenger on a Tandem ride. Depending on the season, kick up dust on dry trails or splash through muddy backroads as you steer through jungle paths and mountain routes beyond scooter roads. Return with dusty boots, muddy tires, and memories of a side of Pai most visitors never reach.

- For safety reasons, closed-toe shoes such as sneakers or hiking shoes are mandatory. Sandals, flip-flops, and loose footwear are not permitted.
- Please wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting dusty, muddy, or stained. Pai’s red earth can be difficult to remove from fabrics, especially during or after rainy conditions.
- The route, riding conditions, and stops may vary depending on weather, trail conditions, and the guide’s safety assessment on the day of travel.
- This is an outdoor off-road activity. Guests should expect uneven terrain, dust, mud, bumps, and possible splashes depending on the season.
- All participants must attend the safety briefing and follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Riders must stay on the designated route and follow the guide’s riding line.
- No alcohol or drug consumption is permitted before or during the ATV ride. Guests who appear to be under the influence will not be allowed to participate and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the ATV or equipment caused by reckless use, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.
- Helmets must be worn at all times during the ride.
- Optional transfer service is available at an additional charge. Vehicle type may vary depending on group size and availability.
- In the unlikely event that the tour must be canceled due to unsafe weather or trail conditions, guests will be offered an alternative date, a different tour, or a full refund.
