- Guests who arrive late may be required to queue again and cannot skip the line. If the ride cannot be arranged due to queue conditions, operating hours, weather, or safety requirements, late arrivals may be treated as no-shows.
- Guests who are 120 cm tall or taller can join this experience. One standard ticket price applies to all participants.
- Children between 120 cm and 140 cm tall must ride with a paying parent or guardian.
- Guests under 20 years old may join this experience with a signed parental consent form.
- Riders who cannot be properly secured by the safety restraint will not be allowed to ride.
- Riders under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to join the activity.
- For safety reasons, personal phones, personal cameras, hats, glasses, pets, and any loose items that may fall or become detached are not allowed on the ride.
- Small lockers are available on site for guests who need to store small personal belongings. Large bags may not fit.
- Insta360 camera rental is available on site at 250 THB per camera. Payment must be made in cash directly at the venue. The last rental is for the 8:30 PM session and must be arranged on site only.
- Guests must strictly follow all staff instructions throughout the experience.
- Guests who do not follow the ride rules, safety regulations, or staff instructions may be refused service without a refund.
- The ride may be temporarily suspended due to heavy rain, strong winds, storms, lightning, or unsafe weather conditions. If the ride cannot operate, the operator may offer an alternative date or process a refund according to the operator’s policy.
