- One virtual reality game session lasting approximately 15–20 minutes is included only with packages that specifically list VR Experience Hall access.

- Guests should ensure that the age, height, and number of participants entered during booking are accurate. Any ticket category changes or additional charges at the venue are subject to the operator's policies.
- Guests with epilepsy, panic attacks, or who are pregnant are advised to take extra caution before participating in the experiences.
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Keep your wristband intact throughout your visit to re-enter the Main Hall on the same day.
