Free hotel pickup is available from Patong Beach, Karon Beach, Kata Beach, Phuket Town, Westin Siray Bay, By-Pass, Chalong, Kalim, and Tri Trang.
Pickup is scheduled between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, depending on your hotel location. The operator will confirm your exact pickup time by email, so please check your email again before the tour date.
Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. Late arrivals or missed pickups after the vehicle has departed will be considered a no-show.
