  In an exclusive restaurant in Recoleta, a cheese expert will guide you through a tasting of seven Argentine cheeses that represent the country's diverse production: soft, semi-hard, and hard cheeses, made with cow's, sheep's, and goat's milk, from different regions of Argentina (Patagonia, the Pampas, and the Andes Mountains, among others). The tasting is paired with white and rosé wines from Mendoza, chosen to complement and enhance each texture and flavor.

  The tour concludes at Librería El Ateneo Grand Splendid, an iconic Buenos Aires bookstore repeatedly chosen as one of the most beautiful in the world, with a circular mural painted on the ceiling that leaves thousands of visitors in awe each year.
