1. By Taxi: Full Chinese Address: 北京市西城区前门西大街正阳市场三号楼 2. By Subway Take Subway Line 2 or Line 8 and get off at Qianmen Station. Exit from Exit C, then walk west for about 300 meters (3 minutes on foot), and you will arrive at Lao She Teahouse.
What to expect
Wander Qianmen Street’s snack alley to discover old brands, handicrafts and genuine Beijing snacks.
Our night drive stops first at the National Centre for the Performing Arts for photos, with guide commentary on nearby landmarks like the Great Hall of the People.
We circle Tiananmen Square passing key cultural sites. Routes are flexible if official activities cause road closures.
Driving along Chang’an Avenue, view the old railway station, ancient observatory and exotic embassy area.
Photo stops at CCTV Headquarters and lit-up World Trade Center showcase Beijing’s modern skyline.
Visit Shichahai and Houhai’s original hutongs, learning local history from your guide.
The tour ends at Drum Tower Square. Feel free to explore nearby hutongs, eateries and bars independently afterward.
