Meeting and pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:
Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue
The pick-up time is set according to your location, pick up start at 7:30 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
If the Customer wants to arrive at the marina by its own, they need to take in mind that the parking near the marina is limited. They would have to arrive early in order to find a near parking spot.
What to expect
Your adventure begins with a light breakfast before boarding the boat. During the journey, certified guides provide a safety briefing and snorkeling equipment, including a mandatory life jacket. Once the whale sharks are located, you'll have the opportunity to enter the water in small groups of twelve participants plus a guide for up to 3–4 supervised snorkeling sessions, ensuring a safe, respectful, and unforgettable wildlife experience.
After your encounters, relax on board, rinse off with fresh water, and enjoy a delicious lunch featuring fresh fish ceviche, ham and cheese sandwiches, water, and soft drinks. This eco-friendly tour combines adventure, education, and responsible wildlife viewing for an unforgettable day in the Mexican Caribbean.

- Wear comfortable clothes and bring your swimsuit, towels and Extra Change of clothes

- We first pick up and gather everyone in smaller vehicles to take them to the last meeting point where the main bus will be waiting.
- In the transport logistics operation we collect people in a first transport, it can be a van or a bus, spending time on the journey, the transport will be changed to a bus, this is because all the clients of the same tour meet again at a meeting point to reach the final destination.
- Dock Fee 20 USD per person
- Attendance Policy: If the client does not show up (no show) or misses the transportation, they will be required to pay again to reschedule or take the tour on another date. There are no refunds or rescheduling options for no-shows or failures to board the assigned transportation. Thank you for your understanding.
