The pickup time is set according to your location and starts at 07:00 am in the first schedule and 11:00 am in the second, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.
In the second schedule the pickups are only available in hotels located between Ocean Maya Royale to Tulum (call us first to verify or if you have doubts)

Swim through turquoise waters while enjoying the natural beauty of the Riviera Maya coastline. After snorkeling, return to shore for a refreshing drink and a short break before continuing your adventure.

Continue your adventure at Aktún Cavern, a fascinating underground world shaped by water and time. Explore the cavern with your guide and discover impressive limestone formations while learning about the natural environment of this unique underground ecosystem.
