- The cenote visit is subject to availability. Depending on the day’s conditions, you may visit either Cenote Nool Há or Cenote Chichikán. Please note that your package includes access to one cenote only. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to providing you with the best possible experience.
- We’d like to remind you that the tour you’ve selected lasts over 12 hours. As Chichén Itzá is located in the state of Yucatán, travel time can be considerable. We recommend coming prepared for a long day wearing comfortable clothing, bringing sunscreen, and carrying enough water.
