What to expect

A deep and exclusive immersion in the universe of Talha Wine, personally guided by the home enologist. This session, intimate and educational, invites participants to go down to the heart of the cellar to get to know the critical decisions that shape each wine: from the rigorous selection of the castes in the field to patient follow-up of natural fermentation and clay stage.

On this journey, the oenologist shares his technical vision, stories and secrets kept between the winery walls. It’s an authentic journey into the interior of the talha, where technical mastery and ancestral heritage cross. The experience culminates with a commented proof of carefully selected wines, providing a rare, technical and privileged perspective on the future of this millennial art.
