Before hitting the slopes, receive an exclusive safety briefing to help you enjoy your time on the mountain with confidence. Professional Chinese- and English-speaking ski instructors are available, with beginner-friendly lessons for those new to skiing. Prefer something other than skiing? Head to Snowyland, the Ice Kingdom, for a variety of fun snow adventures!

A rescheduling fee per person is payable directly to the guide on the new departure day.

- Ski and snowboard are mainly suitable for ages 8-50 years old. Although ski equipment can be provided for children over 3 years old, it is hard for children to practice with other people in the skiing area together, special attention to safety is required
- Participants must be aged under 50 to take part in this activity
- Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity
- Please be responsible for your personal belongings. The operator will not be held liable for any lost belongings during the trip
- Lunch is not included in the price of this tour. The tour guide will recommend a restaurant during the lunch break. If you have dietary restrictions, you may want to bring your own lunch. The Korean seaweed snacks sampled during the tour can be purchased after the tour ends (optional).
- There will be instructors on the spot, however skiing is an intense and dangerous sport, it is recommended to buy travel insurance or accidental injury insurance in your home country before departing for Korea. This product is mainly suitable for ages 8-50 years old.
- Please be aware of the problems such as high passenger volume on weekends and traffic jams. The company will not be responsible for the problems of the guests choosing the weekend holiday group.

- If you collide with other tourists during skiing, we will only assist with on-site translation and communication. You will be responsible for the medical expenses or compensation costs.
- Our company does not include personal travel insurance on all tours. Outdoor activities carry certain risks and dangers. Guests must assess their own health and abilities. The company is not responsible for any bodily harm or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances.
- Please make sure to prepare 2–4 coins of 500 KRW in advance, as they are required to use the lockers at the ski resort for storing your shoes and personal belongings.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
