Phnom Chisor Temple. Climb to an ancient Khmer sanctuary positioned at the top of Phnom Chisor in Takeo Province. The historic complex features laterite and sandstone structures, courtyards, doorways, and decorative architectural details. Its elevated and peaceful setting provides an atmospheric place to explore Cambodia’s pre-Angkorian and Angkorian heritage. Reaching the temple requires a demanding climb, but the surroundings make the journey worthwhile.

2Chisor Mountain Temple
Phnom Chisor Viewpoint. Pause near the summit to enjoy panoramic views across the flat Cambodian countryside.
