Your English-speaking Welcome Driver will pick you up from your hotel, villa, apartment, or selected location within or close to Denpasar and remain at your disposal for the booked duration.
Create your own itinerary and travel comfortably between beaches, restaurants, shopping areas, cultural sites, appointments, scenic stops, or nearby destinations. The 4-hour option is ideal for local plans, while the 8-hour and 12-hour services offer greater flexibility for sightseeing and selected day trips.
Your driver can share local tips and recommendations and help you plan a realistic route based on traffic and timing. The service includes up to 20 km per booked hour. Longer distances, additional hours, or distant routes may require prior approval and extra charges. Entrance fees, parking, tolls, meals, and activities are not included.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your Welcome Pickups driver will meet you at your selected pickup location at the scheduled time and will wait for up to 30 minutes after pickup time. If you experience any delays, please contact your driver as soon as possible using the contact details provided before your tour.
Prior to pickup, you’ll receive your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details, making it easy to identify them upon arrival. Your professional local driver will be happy to assist with luggage and help ensure a comfortable and seamless experience throughout your tour.
Please note that this sightseeing tour cannot begin, end, or include stops at airports, ports, or train stations.
If you have any special requirements — such as traveling with a service animal, extra luggage, or needing additional assistance — please let us know when booking so we can best accommodate your needs.

- The 4 and 8 hour services are designed for local routes within or close to Denpasar. Travel to distant areas of Bali may require approval, extra time, or additional charges.
- Additional time is subject to driver availability and must be agreed upon before the scheduled end of the service. Overtime and any applicable additional charges are payable separately. Extending the duration does not automatically extend the original service area.
- Pickup and drop-off are included from your selected hotel, villa, apartment, or central location within or close to Denpasar.
- Traffic can be unpredictable, especially during busy hours. The number of stops possible depends on distance, traffic, and how long you stay at each place.

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
