The walk follows from Areinho to Espiunca through wooden passages that follow the wild slope of the Paiva River. Along the way, admire zigzag stairs, viewpoints, cliffs and waterfalls. The Vau River Beach is ideal for a break and contemplation.

Praia Fluvial do Areinho is bathed by the Paiva River, it is here that you begin your 8500 meter walk along the Paiva walkways
The Paiva Walkways on the left bank of the Paiva River. It is around 8 km (8,000 meters) that provide a walk of great beauty.
Already at the other end OF the Passadiços do Paiva, the river beach of Espiunca is a place that invites to bath. Also here you will find a leisure area where you can snack or simply rest. In this place you will find a restaurant and a bar with a terrace where your lunch will take place (optional lunch)
Stop at Villa de Arouca, enjoy visiting the monastery of Arouca, and to enjoy its convental sweets (not included).
