- Please provide your flight number when booking. We monitor all flights and automatically adjust pickup times in the event of delays or early arrivals.
- Upon arrival, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall after baggage claim, holding a clearly visible yellow Sal Experiences sign.
- Airport arrivals include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands.
- If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your transfer, subject to availability.
- For departure transfers, your driver will arrive at the agreed pickup location 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
- Please arrange your hotel pickup time in advance to ensure timely arrival at the airport.
- Groups of more than 15 travelers can be accommodated. Please contact us after booking so we can arrange suitable transportation.
- Bookings must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time and are subject to availability.
- This product is valid for a one-way private transfer only. If you require both arrival and departure transfers, please book each transfer separately.
