- If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please contact us immediately. We will reschedule your transfer for another date free of charge, subject to availability.
- Meet and Greet service, provide us your flight number and don't need to worry if there is a delay or early arrival of your flight, we guarantee to be at the airport the moment your flight lands.
- Please advise the age of the children so that we can have the appropriate car seat for your age.
- On departure, the driver will be at the designated point 5-10 minutes before the agreed time.
- We accept more than 15 passengers per transfer, if you have a group larger than 15 people make more than one reservation until you reach the total desired and put the same name on the reservation.
