- For departure transfers, your driver will arrive at the agreed pickup location 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Airport arrivals include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight lands.
- Your booking includes one standard cabin bag and one checked bag (up to 23 kg / 158 cm) per traveler. Please inform us in advance if you are travelling with oversized or additional luggage, as extra charges may apply.
- If your flight is cancelled or missed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your transfer, subject to availability.
- We welcome groups of more than 15 travelers. Please contact us after booking so we can arrange suitable transportation for your group.
- Bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
