Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from your hotel, resort, apartment, guesthouse or designated address. Please wait at the main entrance or reception area and look for your guide holding a clearly visible yellow Sal Experiences sign.
If your accommodation is not listed during booking, simply send us its name and address after making your reservation, and we will arrange the most convenient pickup point.
We will contact you via WhatsApp or your preferred contact method before the activity to confirm your exact pickup time and location.
Please be ready at the confirmed pickup point a few minutes in advance. If you expect to be more than 5 minutes late or cannot locate your guide, contact us by phone or WhatsApp using the number provided on your booking voucher.
