  Luxor Temple

  Continue to the magnificent Luxor Temple, one of Egypt's most impressive ancient monuments. Once connected to Karnak Temple by the three-kilometer-long Avenue of Sphinxes, part of this spectacular processional road has now been beautifully restored and leads to the temple entrance. Admire the colossal statues of Pharaoh Ramses II guarding the gateway and see one of the original granite obelisks, while its twin now stands in Place de la Concorde in Paris, France.
