What to expect

Join Katsuji, a professional with over 35 years in the restaurant business, and dive into the depths of the Japanese food world. Start off with a relaxing tea ceremony in an authentic Japanese tearoom. After you’ve experienced one of Japan’s more unique food related cultures, learn to make some famous dishes. You’ll be making various types of sushi and kushikatsu which is a dish featuring fried and battered foods on skewers. Let Katsuji guide you to make the perfect dishes then enjoy them in a relaxing environment. Take home some special calligraphy hand drawn by Katsuji to remember the day forever.
