Arrabida's bays, caves, and secluded beaches are the setting for a half-day shared adventure from Troia to Portinho da Arrabida. Choose kayaking, snorkeling, or an adventure circuit with natural obstacles, starting with a safety briefing and the technical equipment needed for your activity. Kayakers paddle through coastal scenery, while snorkelers explore Atlantic coral reefs and marine life; the circuit includes horizontal and vertical sections and small caves. A fast boat transfer connects Troia and Arrabida.

What to expect
Kayaking: We start with a safety briefing and equipment, as well as some basic manoeuvres for controlling the vessel and navigation. Then, we will navigate through crystal-clear waters, exploring bays, caves and secluded beaches.
Snorkelling: The Arrábida is a perfect marine sanctuary for this experience, with Atlantic coral reefs and gardens where you can observe some of the 1000+ species. We start with a briefing and a workshop on adapting to the aquatic environment and equipment. Then we will sail to the day's exploration point with a support boat.
Circuito Aventura: After an introduction to the equipment and safety rules, participants will complete a circuit with natural obstacles to overcome. There will be horizontal and vertical progressions, and passages through small caves with a unique natural setting.
