• Flight: We will follow up on the flight information provided to coordinate the pickup. Report any flight changes at least 4 hours in advance.
• Can't find the driver? Stay at the meeting point and contact us on WhatsApp + 507 - 60676802 before leaving the place.
• Luggage: Report the quantity, size, and type of luggage when booking. Additional, special, or undeclared luggage may incur an additional charge and is subject to availability.

SHARED SERVICE – PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS

Fixed schedule: This is a shared service with other passengers. You must respect the departure time selected in your reservation. Our driver will be at the meeting point approximately 10 minutes before departure.

Flight details: Indicate airline, flight number, arrival time, and an active WhatsApp with country code.

Meeting point: After migration, baggage, and customs, proceed to the meeting point confirmed one day earlier in your welcome message.

Report via WhatsApp: Upon arriving at the meeting point, it is essential to text us on WhatsApp + 507 - 60676802, indicating your name and confirming that you are ready to board.

Identification: Look for our representative identified with the Fascinating Adventures Travel logo.

NO-SHOW: If you do not show up at the meeting point at the confirmed time, it will be considered a NO-SHOW and there will be no refund. Fascinating Adventures Catalog...

Flight changes: Immediately report any delay, cancellation, or change. The rescheduling will be subject to availability and service conditions.

Luggage: Previously report the quantity, size, and type of luggage. Additional, special, or undeclared baggage may incur additional charges.

Return transfer – Hotel → Airport: For round-trip services, the pickup time may vary due to traffic, the route, and pickups scheduled at other hotels. Keep your WhatsApp active and stay alert for our messages to know the pickup update and avoid unnecessary waits in the lobby.

Important Information about the Airport Pick-Up Point ✅ Tour pick-up service can be provided directly from Tocumen International Airport (PTY), upon request at the time of booking. ✅ This service is available to passengers whose final destination is within the central area of Panama City, covering hotels in areas such as:— Marbella — El Cangrejo — Obarrio — Paitilla — Avenida Balboa — Casco Viejo If your destination is within this area, airport pickup is included in the tour price (if you pre-contract). For passengers wishing to be transferred from the airport to destinations outside the central area of the city, such as:— Bonita Beach — Gamboa — Outlying Areas An additional charge of USD 20.00 per passenger will apply, which must be paid before the start of the tour or transfer. This charge covers the additional transportation costs to reach these farthest areas. Recommendation To expedite your experience, we recommend confirming in advance whether your hotel is located within the included pickup area or if the additional charge is applicable. If you prefer, you can also choose to move directly to a meeting point in the city center, which we will indicate in due course. What to expect

After booking, the passenger must provide the flight and hotel details of the destination. We will monitor the arrival time. When leaving customs, the driver will be waiting with an identification sign and will help with the luggage.
