Meeting and pickup
We provide pickup and drop-off from hotels in central Da Nang and Hoi An. Please be ready in your hotel lobby approximately 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.
Your private driver will meet you at the hotel reception or agreed pickup point and confirm your booking name before departure.
The exact pickup time may vary depending on your hotel location and traffic conditions. We will confirm the final pickup time with you in advance.
For hotels, resorts, villas, or other locations outside the central Da Nang or Hoi An pickup area, an additional transfer fee may apply. Please provide your hotel name and full address when booking so we can arrange the most convenient pickup.
What to expect
07:30 – Hotel Pickup in Da Nang or Hoi An
Your private driver will meet you at your hotel or agreed pickup location. Sit back and relax during the scenic drive to Ba Na Hills.
08:30 – Arrive at Ba Na Hills Cable Car Station
Your driver will drop you off near the cable car entrance and agree on a meeting point for your return. If needed, the driver can assist with general information or ticket arrangements before you enter.
09:00 – Explore Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge at Your Own Pace
Enjoy approximately 4–5 hours of free time to discover the attractions independently.

14:00–14:30 – Meet Your Driver & Return
Take the cable car back to the station and meet your driver at the pre-arranged meeting point. Relax on the private journey back to your hotel in Da Nang or Hoi An.
