During the lesson you will literally put your hands in dough, learning how to knead, roll out and shape some of the most representative formats of Sienese cuisine, such as the famous pici, the typical handmade pasta of the Tuscan tradition. The chef will accompany you step by step, sharing tips, curiosities and secrets.

Once ready, the pasta will be paired with typical condiments of the territory, such as a rich Tuscan ragout or a simple but delicious dressing made with local extra virgin olive oil.
