What to expect

Enjoy an authentic culinary experience in the heart of Puglia with a hands-on cooking class followed by a pleasant, convivial dinner.

With the help of an experienced local chef, you will learn how to make fresh handmade pasta, creating the famous orecchiette and traditional cavatelli with seasonal ingredients. During the lesson, you will also prepare a typical second course and Apulian focaccia, learning techniques, curiosities and secrets of the local cuisine.

At the end of the course, sit down to enjoy a rich aperitif with the specialties prepared together, followed by a full dinner with the fresh pasta made during the lesson, seasoned according to tradition.
