What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please arrive between 7:00 to 7:15 am for check in. The exact meeting location and directions will be provided once your reservation is confirmed. We do not have departures on the 31st of each month due to Whale Shark Conservation Day.
What to expect
Your journey begins with the search for whale sharks in their natural habitat. Because these are wild animals, sightings depend on nature and cannot be guaranteed. Once whale sharks are located, the activity follows strict environmental regulations designed to protect the species.
If fewer than 5 whale sharks are present in the area, the experience will consist of whale shark sightseeing from the boat.
When 5 or more whale sharks are present and conditions allow, guests will have the opportunity to enter the water in pairs, always accompanied by a certified guide. Each pair will take turns entering the water before returning to the boat, allowing every participant the opportunity to swim with whale sharks.Depending on sea conditions, wildlife activity, and park regulations, guests may enter the water up to three times.
Please note that whale sharks swim at approximately 5 km/h, so participants must be comfortable swimming in open water.
