Meet ON the BEACH. Closest beach access=corner of Coral Avenue & Lee Avenue. Once on the sand, look to the Right when facing the Water. We meet close to the seawall of "Redington Towers" building for shade. Free street parking along Gulf Blvd & pay parking lot= 17798 Gulf Blvd, Redington Shores.

What to expect
Join us on the sand, where the Gulf meets the shore. Our 75-minute beach yoga classes take place right on the sugar soft sand in Redington Shores.
Our classes are open to all levels. Instructors guide you through a thoughtful sequence of poses designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave you genuinely relaxed. We work with and blend the natural environment: salt air, the rhythm of the waves, and the occasional pod of dolphins offshore. Yes, really — dolphin sightings during class are a regular part of the magic here. Along with pelicans, herons and other shore birds. Nature has a way of showing up as the best co-instructor.
No yoga mats, you'll settle onto a customary beach yoga blanket, grounding yourself with the earth, feeling the sand shift and mold beneath you with every pose. It's a completely different experience than studio yoga, and that's exactly the point. Just movement, breath, and the beach.

• All skill levels welcome, true beginners encouraged
• Bring water and sunscreen
