We would prepare two classic dishes of the Italian tradition that every Sunday are present on the tables of every self-respecting Italian family. We will visit the Pasta Museum with an expert Guide.
We will do both a historical/theoretical introduction and then move on to the practical part where you can make with your own hands two gourmet dishes that have made Italy famous in the world: Lasagne and Tiramisu!

Our cooking school is located at Lungarno Guicciardini 17r, 50125 Florence. NOTES:‘r’ stands for RED. Florence uses two numbering systems : red for businesses, blue for residences. Look for number 17 in RED — not the blue one — and ring the bell marked "PASTA EXPERIENCE" to be let in.
What to expect
With flour, eggs, water, milk you will make the pasta and we will teach you the little Italian secrets.
We are in the center of Florence near Ponte Vecchio, the heart of Florence within a curated and comfortable place.
We will cook the lasagna together: how to make the dough with the rolling pin. I will explain how to cook a good Bolognese ragout and béchamel.
While we cook, we prepare the Tiramisu that we can eat all together accompanied by our excellent Tuscan organic wine.
We will taste 4 different Tuscan wines. The experience will last 3 hours, including cooking and eating all together. You will all receive the recipes with our secrets.
