Your trip Main target is the discovery of one the ethnically richest parts of the world in mexican territory Oaxaca
On your first day We will set off from Mexico city to the city of Puebla for a city Center walking tour and lay over .
The second day we start early on to the Oaxaca city for yet another city Center walking tour after a six hour drive.
On the following and third day your itinnerary takes us in the morning to the state's main archaeological zone Monte Albán. In the afternoon we can optionally head on to learn the San Bartolo Coyotepec black pottery production process, the city marketplaces and or any given city museum/site/attraction we might have missed the previous day due to schedule reasons.
On your final day itinnerary wise the state's second main archaeological site Mitla, the mezcal distillery, the Teotitlan del Valle textiles and the Tule tree will complete your experience.
Finally drive back to México city on day five.

Two hour drive to Cholula. Usually walk up takes around 30 minutes. The excavated site being some what small is at the base displaying squares, altars, overlapping sections and a 'Pulque drinkers ' mural reproduction.
The Puebla city center follows. We can always stop at your accommodotion first depending on schedule. After lunch we basically perform a walking tour including attractions such as Palafox library, Amparo museum terrace, santo domingo Rosary chapel, candy street, Parian market , main Square ,etc.
Six hour drive. Happy to drive you straight to your accommodotion to freshen up. The Santo Domingo temple and museum is aguably the city 's main one for which considering schedule we may check it out firstly or post pone it for a later day . The walk is drawn in a some what circular fashion following the original spanish city arrangement starting from the main square towards Basílica of Solitude, over looking the Guelaguetza auditorium, followed by Carmen Alto and Santo Domingo to keep circling around the Seven Princes (Siete Príncipes) passing by the market place and coffe vendors .
City 's gravitational aechaeological center it 's located some 20 minutes from the Center. It opens at 8:00 ish and was built atop a hill formation. According to archaeologists it is to be walked clock wise from the main ball game. Both Its main elite residential area as well as late pyramidal buildings are yet sitting higher from the base ground level. There are no actual open tombs on site.
Actually named San Bartolo Coyotepec this small town is famous for its black pottery handy crafted production. Fairly near by the Oaxaca city we'll attend a small performance teaching visitors the potterry production process and have time to browse.

Over two thousand years old to the pre hispanic mind set this local Cypress represented foundations on several levels. Local kids interpret the tree shapes along with curious stories.
Depending on group itinnerary we can either drive back to México city which will take around eight hours or I can gladly drop you off at the local airport
