We are pleased to offer complimentary pick-up from hotels, villas, and other accommodations throughout Koh Samui.
For accommodations located in high or steep hillside areas where our vans may not be able to access safely, we may kindly ask you to meet our driver at the nearest main road or another convenient pick-up point accessible by van.
Your exact pick-up time, driver’s phone number, and van license plate number will be confirmed one day before your travel date.

Please note that our boat departs from Highsea Tour’s Pier at 10:30 AM sharp. We kindly ask all guests arriving independently to be at the pier at least 20 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and boarding.

Upon arrival, meet our friendly reception team for check-in before stepping aboard our handcrafted teak cruise. Begin your day with a delightful light breakfast, featuring cereals, freshly baked pastries, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, fresh milk, and a selection of seasonal tropical fruits.
