Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from Cartagena hotels, Rafael Núñez International Airport, the cruise port or another confirmed address within the configured pickup area.
Enter your exact pickup location and preferred departure time when booking. Before the journey, we will send your driver’s name, telephone number, vehicle type and license plate.
Your driver will meet you at the hotel entrance, airport arrivals area, cruise-port meeting point or another confirmed location. If the entrance cannot be reached by vehicle, we will confirm the closest safe meeting point.
What to expect
The route passes through Barranquilla and across the Magdalena River before continuing beside Ciénaga Grande and toward the Sierra Nevada. You may see riverfront landmarks such as Luna del Río, the Shakira statue, Ventana de Campeones and Barranquilla’s elevated bridge. These are scenic pass-by sights, not scheduled guided visits.
You may request an optional one-hour stop at Caimán del Río Food Hall in Barranquilla. It is a convenient opportunity to stretch your legs, enjoy the Magdalena River setting and continue discovering Colombian or international cuisine. One hour of waiting time is included; food and drinks are not.
Before pickup, we will send your driver’s name, telephone number, vehicle and license plate. Your driver will speak the language indicated in the option you select.

- Vehicle assignment depends on both the number of travelers and the amount of luggage. Please provide the number and approximate size of your bags when booking. Oversized items such as surfboards, bicycles, wheelchairs or unusually large luggage must be confirmed in advance.
