From the airport, drive to the seaside town of Almeria, located in the province of the same name, before going to Lanjaron This Mediterranean city boasts a history of Hollywood films and its Moorish past makes for a vibrant, eclectic setting.   • What do I need to bring? Comfortable and light clothing is the most suitable for travelling in Spain. Visitors should not wear sleeveless shirts, shorts, short skirts or skimpy clothing when visiting temples, religious or official buildings. Sun protection, sunglasses, a hat and mosquito repellent in summer can be very useful during your stay.
