Moroccan Henna is an ancient practice and a popular tradition cultivated by women and men of all ages. During special occasions such as Moroccan weddings and holidays, women get henna on their hands and feet. It's a temporary design applied to the skin in a brownish paste made from dry henna leaves and a mixture of herbs. Many Moroccans still see a henna tattoo as a symbol of good luck. Henna is also used as a body cool-off in the hot summer months.

What to expect

Our local Henna Artist will arrive at your accommodation and start working her stunning designs of your choice on your skin. Henna can also be used to colour your hair and nails. While allowing your henna to fully dry and stay on the skin enjoy a glass of traditional Moroccan tea while getting to know the history of henna as well as other Moroccan traditions.
