The visit begins at Hierapolis, an ancient spa city established above the white travertines of Pamukkale. Walk through its archaeological remains while learning about the city’s development during the Hellenistic and Roman periods. Major highlights include the restored Hierapolis Theatre, ancient streets, public structures, and surviving monuments that reveal the importance of this historic settlement.
The route continues across Pamukkale’s famous travertine terraces, formed over centuries by mineral-rich thermal waters flowing down the hillside. Time is available to walk through the permitted sections, experience the warm water, photograph the brilliant white formations, and appreciate the remarkable connection between the natural landscape and the ancient city above.

Continue through the key ruins you care about (your guide will pace it). Move to Pamukkale’s white travertine formations. And natural hot spring pool is available (under restoration) Approximately 3 hours.
