Private Transfer SJO Airport to Los Sueños Jaco and Playa Hermosa

Step 1 – Booking and trip details
When booking, provide your airline, flight number, arrival time, number of travelers, and drop-off location. For pickups from a hotel or accommodation within our designated SJO Airport pickup area, provide the exact pickup location and preferred pickup time. If traveling with children under 12, please provide each child's age and request any required child car seat or booster seat in advance. Child seats and boosters are provided at no additional charge when requested ahead of time.

Step 2 – Pre-trip coordination
Our Ticoway support team coordinates your transfer and remains available by WhatsApp, phone, or email if you need assistance before or during pickup. We recommend keeping your phone connected after arrival so we can assist with coordination if needed.

Step 3 – Airport pickup
After landing at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO), complete immigration, baggage claim, and customs. Then proceed outside the terminal to the designated meeting area. Your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler's name. If you have difficulty locating your driver, contact our support team for immediate assistance.

Step 4 – Private transfer to your destination
Once you meet your driver, your luggage will be loaded and you will travel privately to your selected destination in Jaco, Los Sueños/Herradura, or Playa Hermosa. Typical travel time is approximately 2 hours, but actual travel time may vary depending on traffic, weather, time of day, and the exact drop-off location.

Step 5 – Tárcoles River Bridge courtesy stop
When daylight, weather, and operating conditions allow, your driver may offer a complimentary brief stop at the Tárcoles River Bridge. This is an added courtesy and is not a guaranteed part of the transfer itinerary. Additional or extended stops for meals, grocery shopping, or other personal requests are not included in the standard transfer.

Step 6 – Drop-off
Your driver will take you to your confirmed hotel, resort, vacation rental, or other accessible accommodation within the product's designated service area and assist with unloading your luggage.
