Pickup and drop-off are available from hotels and accommodations in Cairo and Giza. Please provide your hotel name, full address, and room number when booking. The exact pickup time will be confirmed one day before the experience. Pickup from Cairo Airport, New Cairo, the New Administrative Capital, 6th of October City, and other distant areas may be available for an additional charge.

What to expect

After pickup from your hotel or accommodation in Cairo or Giza, travel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to a countryside farm in Fayoum. Meet your English-speaking local host and explore the farm while learning about its crops, animals, and daily rural life. Under the host’s supervision, you may help feed and interact with some of the animals depending on daily farm conditions. Then join a hands-on bread-making experience: prepare and shape traditional Egyptian baladi bread before watching it bake using a local method. Afterward, enjoy a freshly prepared Egyptian countryside lunch at the farm, with time to relax, speak with your host, and take photographs before returning to Cairo or Giza.
