72 Wonder Buildings, is a landmark cultural tourism in Zhangjiajie, its main tower reaches 109.9 meters, certified by Guinness World Records as the tallest stilted building complex worldwide. Built with traditional Tujia mortise-and-tenon wood craft, the whole structure stacks layers of hanging houses, forming a spectacular suspended ancient village scene. The central hollow hole of the building is 38 meters tall. Here you can see Tianmen Cave far away on Tianmen Mountain, creating a magical matching landscape of two huge natural and artificial holes. The scenic area has three parts: Tiangong Qilou Main Tower, Ancient Food Street and Ethnic Culture Villages. 36,000 colorful lights turn on together, with circular 7D holographic light shows playing Xiangxi local legends on the building facade . Free folk performances including Tujia singing, stilt-walking and grand bonfire parties. Visitors can also try Hunan snacks, visit handicraft workshops, batik and other local souvenirs.
