The experience begins with a fun cocktail demonstration, where you will receive a signature drink using local spirits and tropical ingredients.
Dinner features a specially prepared set menu, combining Caribbean flavors with Mediterranean influences. Please note that this is a fixed dining experience and guests will not be ordering from Bamboo Beach Club’s regular à la carte menu.
The three course meal begins with jerk chicken spring rolls, followed by a main-course dish featuring fresh fish, jerk lamb, homemade pasta, and other specialties, then finished with a Caribbean desert such as rum raison bread pudding. Throughout the evening, enjoy your meal at the beach with music, drinks, and views of the Caribbean Sea.

Meeting and pickup
We provide pickups from all major hotels in Montego Bay and Trelawny. Please be in the lobby of your hotel 15 minutes before your pickup time. The tour time selected during checkout is not your pickup time. Pickup varies based on distance. Our reservations team will reach out to you to advise you on your specific hotel pickup time.
