As the dough rises, we will share the story of family and land, offering you a window into a lifestyle rooted in the seasons. You will then learn the sacred and primal ritual of the wood fire oven: how to select the right wood, how to read the dancing flames, and how to prepare the stone hearth for the perfect bake.
