Departure in the morning from Madrid by private vehicle to Ribera del Duero, one of the most renowned wine regions of Spain. Along the way we will cross Castilian landscapes, vineyards and historic villages linked to the wine tradition.
The first experience of the day will be the visit to a winery in Ribera del Duero. During the tour we will know the winemaking process, the importance of the vineyard, the barrel rooms and the aging of red wines that have given international prestige to this denomination. The tour will end with a guided tasting, ideal to discover the nuances, aromas and characteristics of Ribera del Duero wines. After the visit, we will enjoy a lunch in the area, with the possibility of tasting Castilian cuisine, roast meats, seasonal products and traditional dishes that combine perfectly with local wines.

At the end of the tasting, transfer by private vehicle to Salamanca. Arrival at the hotel, accommodation and free time to enjoy the city in the evening, wander through its historic center or dine in one of its traditional restaurants. Accommodation in Salamanca.
After breakfast, leave from Salamanca for Guijuelo, one of the most important places in Spain in the production of Iberian ham. Upon arrival, we will visit a winery or ham dryer, where we will know the process of making, curing and selecting Iberian ham. During the visit we will learn about the different categories, the healing times, the importance of the climate of the area and the factors that make Guijuelo ham special. The experience will end with a tasting of Iberian products, ideal to better understand one of the most representative products of Spanish gastronomy.
After the visit, continue to Avila, a walled city and one of the great historical gems of Castile and León. Upon arrival, we will enjoy a meal in Ávila, with the possibility of tasting traditional dishes such as local meats, Boat beans or Castilian specialties. After lunch, we can take a short walk around the monumental surroundings of Avila, admiring its impressive medieval wall and the historical atmosphere of the city.
In the afternoon, return to Madrid by private vehicle. Expected arrival in the afternoon and end of our services.
