We will find great Ecuadorian coffee at a local roaster and will make said coffee the traditional Quiteño way - with a chuspa.

We will have a cooking class to learn how to make traditional Ecuadorian empanadas de viento with cheese and a touch of sugar.
Quimbolito
Quimbolitos are fluffy cakes made in an achira leave. Its a great local treat!
Canelazo - Local Cocktail
Canelazo is a tasty local cocktail made with Naranjilla juice, spices and liquor. Served hot to party all night long!
