What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pick up from the main rd in front of the J Noosa. IMPORTANT: If you want to change the pick up on your booking to QPWS Great Sandy Information Centre, you MUST contact us at least 24 hrs prior to the tour's departure. This pick up is recommended if staying in Noosaville, Tewantin, or outside Noosa.
What to expect
This is whale watching without engines, noise, or crowds, allowing for a truly respectful and immersive wildlife experience that larger boat tours simply can’t offer.
We never chase or disturb marine life. Instead, we observe whales on their terms, creating safe, natural encounters that align with conservation and responsible wildlife tourism.
During the whale migration season, humpbacks are commonly seen from the moment we begin our scenic 4WD beach drive along Noosa North Shore. On the water, sightings can range from very close, unforgettable encounters to more distant surface activity. Every tour is different, and that’s what makes it special.
Beyond whales, you may also encounter dolphins, turtles, and rays throughout the journey.
The destination, Double Island Point, is a truly unique National Park location. Accessed only by 4WD through Noosa North Shore and Teewah Beach, Double Island Point feels worlds away from busy Noosa and tourist boat routes.
