Pickup details:
Free shuttle service is available within the Uehara area. Hotels outside the Uehara area (such as Jungle Hotel Painumaya, Eco Village, Latida Iriomote, etc.) are not covered by our shuttle service.
Guests staying at these hotels are kindly requested to use buses or taxis to reach Uehara Port.
The meeting place and time will be communicated directly to you by the shop on the day before the tour.

What to expect

③ 9:30 / 14:00 Start the activity in the great natural canyon! Let's get used to the water temperature first!

④ 10:00 / 14:30 Jump into the waterfall basin or get splashed by the waterfall!

⑥ 11:00 / 15:30 Activity ends! Head to the scenic observatory!
↓
⑦ 11:30 / 16:00 Drop-off at Uehara Port or your accommodation.

Please be sure to arrive by the meeting time. If you are late or do not show up without prior notice, it will be considered a cancellation and a cancellation fee may apply. If you will be late, please contact us in advance.
Final Confirmation
We will contact you with details such as the meeting place and time by the day before the tour to your registered phone number or email address. Please register contact information that is reachable within Japan.
If you do not hear from us by 6:00 PM the day before, please contact "IRIOMOTE ADVENTURE PiPi" using the method described on your ticket.
If you request a pick-up from a hotel on Iriomote Island, the meeting time will differ from the displayed time. To inform you of the exact meeting time the day before, please be sure to contact us using the method stated on your ticket.
Participation Requirements
The target age is 6 to 59 years old. Pregnant women, children under 6 years old, and those with pre-existing medical conditions cannot participate. If you have any concerns, please consult with us in advance.

If you are worried about your physical fitness or have a fear of the ocean or rivers, please consult with us in advance.
Equipment and Safety
Wearing a life jacket and helmet is mandatory for activities in the water.
If you refuse to wear them, you will not be allowed to participate. To ensure safety, please strictly follow the guide's instructions.
Regarding Weather
Tours will generally proceed even in the rain. However, if the field conditions are deemed dangerous, the tour may be canceled.
Clothing and Preparation
Please participate in clothes that you do not mind getting wet. There are no restrooms on-site, so please use one beforehand. Participation while intoxicated is strictly prohibited.
Showers
There are showers at our office. Please bring a change of clothes and a towel to use them. Please note that you may be refused boarding on the ferry if your clothes are wet.
