What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Free shuttle service is provided within the Uehara area. Hotels outside the Uehara area (such as Jungle Hotel Painumaya, Eco Village, Latida Iriomote, etc.) are not covered by the shuttle service.
Guests staying at these hotels are kindly asked to use buses or taxis to reach Uehara Port.
The meeting place and time will be communicated directly to you by the shop on the day before the tour.
Uehara Port, Iriomote Island Accommodation pick-up service available only within the Uehara area. Hotels outside of the Uehara area (such as Jungle Hotel Painumaya, Eco Village, Latida Iriomote, etc.) are not covered by our shuttle service. Please be sure to gather at the meeting time.Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice will be treated as cancellations and may result in a cancellation fee.Please be sure to contact us in advance if you are late.
Final Review
You will be contacted at least one day before the tour with details such as meeting place and time to your registered phone number or email address.Please register the information that we can contact you in Japan.
If you do not hear from us by 6 p.m. the day before, please contact IRIOMOTE ADVENTURE PiPi via the method on your ticket.
If you wish to transfer from or to a hotel in Iriomote Island, please be sure to contact us via the method on your ticket, as the meeting time will differ from the one shown, so we can provide you with the exact meeting time the day before.
Conditions of Participation
The age range is SUP 12-59 / Canoe 6 - 59.Pregnant children, children under 6 years of age, and people with pre-existing medical conditions are not allowed to participate.

Equipment and safety
Life jackets, fins and snorkel masks are mandatory for activities that involve entering the water. If you do not cooperate in wearing it, we will refuse your participation.For your safety, please always follow the instructions of the guide.
Weather
The tour is basically rain or shine.However, if the field is deemed dangerous, it may be cancelled.
Dress and Preparation
Please wear clothes that can get wet.There are no toilets on site, so do it beforehand.It is strictly prohibited to participate while under the influence of alcohol.
Shower
We have a shower in our office.Please bring a change of clothes and a towel.Please note that you may be refused boarding the ferry if you are wearing wet clothes.
