What to expect
Your experience begins at the store located in the port of Ponta Delgada, with your check-in. Before sailing, our biologists will prepare you with detailed information about the species that may be spotted and the important whale observation rules we follow to ensure the protection of these magnificent animals.
Spring is the ideal time to witness the greatness of the whales in the Azores. At this station, we will be able to observe some of the largest giants of the seas, such as blue whales, common whales and sardine whales.
The Azores are also home to dolphins and cachalotes, providing amazing sightings throughout the year. In addition, its waters hide a fascinating diversity of birds, turtles and other marine species.
Come live this unforgettable experience and connect with nature in its pure state! This activity is carried out on a catamaran-type boat, with a toilet on board and a maximum capacity of 100 participants.
