What to expect

Your crew meets you at the Gateway of India jetty (Apollo Bunder, near the arch) 15 minutes before departure. Look for our crew member holding an India Boats sign, flying the India Boats flag. After a safety briefing and life-jacket fitting, we cruise directly across Mumbai Harbour to Elephanta Caves, a scenic open-water crossing of around 55-60 minutes with views of the Mumbai skyline, the Gateway of India and Elephanta Island as you approach. On the return leg we retrace the same direct route back to the Gateway of India jetty. The route is direct, not shared, and timings are flexible around your Elephanta Caves visit.
