What to expect

Hanoi Cooking Class offers an authentic local food experience with hotel pickup in the Old Quarter. Enjoy a welcome drink, learn basic Vietnamese phrases, visit a local market with a guide to buy fresh ingredients, and cook 3 traditional dishes (2 selected by guests and 1 recommended by the chef). After cooking, enjoy your homemade meal with a complimentary egg coffee or egg beer, receive a cooking certificate, and return to your hotel. Morning and afternoon classes are available.
