First stop Canava Arvanitis :A truly authentic and traditional wine tasting experience in a laid-back, family-run winery that’s been around since the 1950s. Antonis Arvanitis and his wife, Rasita, are passionate about traditional winemaking methods and enthusiastic about sharing these ways with visitors. Second Stop Gavalas Winery : Located in the traditional village of Megalochori, Gavalas Family Winery is one of Santorini’s oldest and most historic wineries. The family’s mission is to showcase the unique character and exceptional terroir of Santorini through its wines. Today, the winery is led by fourth-generation winemaker George Gavalas, alongside his son Vagelis, representing the fifth generation of the family tradition.

Your experience begins with a brief tour of our home, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore the spaces where we cultivate microgreens, edible flowers, and a seasonal vegetable garden. You’ll also visit our chicken and quail coop, which provides us with fresh eggs every day. During the visit, you’ll enjoy a tasting of products we create in collaboration with local producers from Santorini and the Cyclades.
