At Phin Coffee Restaurant in Hoi An’s Old Town, you’ll make the drinks yourself, from traditional phin brewing to iced milk coffee, Egg Coffee and Salted Coffee. Our team guides you through each step and shares the stories behind the drinks in a relaxed, beginner-friendly class.

What to expect

Join a relaxed, one-hour Vietnamese coffee making class at Phin Coffee Restaurant in Hoi An’s Old Town, led by an experienced Phin barista.

Start by brewing our 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta blend with a traditional Vietnamese phin filter. Use your freshly brewed coffee to make cà phê sữa đá—Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk—then prepare creamy Egg Coffee and Salted Coffee with step-by-step guidance.

This is a hands-on experience: brew, mix and enjoy your own drinks, ask questions and learn techniques you can recreate at home. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and no previous experience is needed.
