Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum
We continue the tour with a visit to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, also known as S21 Museum. Before the Khmer Rouge period, this site was a high school and university area for students in Phnom Penh. During the Khmer Rouge regime, it was sadly turned into a prison and interrogation center. Today, the museum is an important historical site where visitors can learn more about Cambodia’s difficult past and the strength of the Cambodian people.
